Ranchocucamongopartybus.com is not a bus company. There's no fleet parked in a lot somewhere, no dispatch office — just a fast, easy website that puts you in front of real pricing and real vehicles from transportation providers already serving Fontana and the broader Inland Empire region. Fill out the quote form once, see different options side by side, and find the bus that fits your headcount, your date, and your budget.
That's it.
Instead of calling five different companies, describing your trip each time, and waiting on callbacks that trickle in at different formats and prices — you get it all in one place. Party buses, minibuses, charter buses, Sprinter vans, Sprinter limos — they're all here, with pictures and planning rates, available any time of day. No account required.
No pressure. A support team is available at 840-677-1090 every day of the year if you'd rather talk it through. Either way, getting a quote for your Fontana trip takes about a minute.

Choose the Fontana Bus Amenities You Need
The right amenities depend entirely on what kind of trip you're running. A 25-passenger party bus typically comes with perimeter seating, color-changing LED lighting, a flat-panel TV setup, and a premium Bluetooth sound system — built for groups that want the celebration to start the moment they board. A minibus is a cleaner fit for corporate shuttles or wedding guest transfers between venues, with reclining seats, individual climate control, and the maneuverability to navigate tighter downtown blocks.
For a large group heading to Auto Club Speedway or a multi-day corporate run, a charter bus adds undercarriage luggage bays, onboard restrooms, overhead storage, and WiFi — everything you need for a long haul without roadside stops slowing you down. Compare options on this site and filter by what matters most to your group.

One Quick Search, Your Fontana Party Bus Options
The Inland Empire has no shortage of group transportation options — but finding the right one without spending an afternoon on the phone is a different story. Ranchocucamongopartybus.com exists to fix exactly that. You come to this site, fill out one form with your trip details, and instantly see vehicles and planning rates from multiple providers serving Fontana, San Bernardino County, and the surrounding region. You're not locked into one company's fleet or one company's availability.
That matters more than it sounds. If a provider is already booked for the Auto Club Speedway NASCAR weekend you're targeting in February, the next option shows up immediately — you don't find out the hard way three weeks before your event. And if you need two buses for a large corporate run or a staggered pickup schedule for a wedding across multiple hotels in the Ontario Mills corridor, a support team at 840-677-1090 can build a custom package around your exact headcount and timeline.
Any time, any day. No waiting for a callback window.
Group Transportation Services Available in Fontana
Every kind of Fontana group trip has a bus that fits it. From airport transfers and race day shuttles to wedding shuttles, concert transportation, prom, corporate events, and winery tours through Temecula — compare every option and find what works for your group by calling 840-677-1090 or using the quote form above.

Fontana Airport Shuttles & Transportation
Ontario International Airport (ONT) (2900 E Airport Dr, Ontario, CA 91761) sits roughly 8 miles west of central Fontana via the I-10 — manageable on a normal Tuesday morning, but a legitimate headache when your whole team is flying in within the same two-hour window and everyone needs a separate rideshare. A minibus or Sprinter van solves the coordination problem entirely: one vehicle, one pickup window, one flat rate, zero surge pricing at baggage claim. For larger groups flying in from different terminals, a dedicated ONT airport shuttle guide walks through the ground transportation logistics in detail.
Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) is roughly 50 miles west on the I-10 and I-110 — a trip that makes sense for a charter bus when the group is large enough and the alternative is a $200-per-person rideshare run each way. Call 840-677-1090 to build the right pickup plan for your flight schedule.

Fontana Bachelor & Bachelorette Transportation
A Fontana bachelorette party bus lets the night run exactly how the group planned it — not how Uber's surge algorithm decided it should go at midnight. Popular Inland Empire bachelorette itineraries start in Fontana or Rancho Cucamonga and work their way through the Victoria Gardens entertainment district (12505 N Mainstreet, Rancho Cucamonga), a casino run to Harrah's Resort Southern California in Funner, or a night out across the Ontario Mills restaurant and bar strip. A party bus to Victoria Gardens drops your group at the main entrance with no parking search and no designated driver debate.
The party bus itself — LED lighting, perimeter seating, Bluetooth sound — keeps the energy going between stops instead of breaking the night into a series of awkward rideshare waits. For bachelorette groups wanting a winery day in Temecula before the evening, a full-day bus rental handles both legs cleanly. Call 840-677-1090 to put the itinerary together.

Fontana Birthday, Sweet 16, & Quinceañera Party Bus Rentals
Fontana has a deep tradition of quinceañera and Sweet 16 celebrations, and the arrival matters as much as the party itself. A Fontana birthday party bus rental makes the entrance — pulling up to the reception hall in a 40-passenger bus with LED lighting going is a moment that gets remembered. Popular venues in the area include the Lewis Family Playhouse in Rancho Cucamonga (12505 Cultural Center Dr) for performing arts events, and a range of banquet facilities along Foothill Boulevard and the Haven Avenue corridor.
For adult milestone birthdays running a bar crawl through the Ontario Mills entertainment strip or a casino night at San Manuel Casino in Highland (777 San Manuel Blvd, Highland, CA 92346), a party bus with onboard sound and seating keeps the group together across every stop without anyone getting cut off from the convoy. Check rates on the quote form or call 840-677-1090.

Fontana Concert Transportation & Shuttles
Glen Helen Amphitheater (2575 Glen Helen Pkwy, San Bernardino, CA 92407) is the Inland Empire's biggest outdoor concert and festival venue — a 65,000-capacity outdoor amphitheater about 10 miles northeast of Fontana. Getting there is straightforward on the 215 Freeway until the moment a sold-out show ends and 30,000 people all try to exit Devore Road at the same time. Rideshare surge pricing on major show nights at Glen Helen regularly spikes past 3x, and the exit queue can stretch 45 minutes on a heavy night.
A charter bus to Glen Helen Amphitheater keeps your group together with a staged pickup plan instead of a panicked parking lot scramble. For Toyota Arena shows in nearby Ontario — about 12 miles west via the I-10 — a bus to Toyota Arena drops your group at the arena entrance while everyone else feeds the Ontario Mills parking structure. Call 840-677-1090 to compare Fontana concert bus options.

Fontana Corporate Event Transportation
Fontana's industrial corridor along the I-10 and I-15 interchange is one of the Inland Empire's densest logistics and distribution hubs — which means a lot of companies moving a lot of employees between facilities, hotels, and meeting spaces every week. A Fontana corporate event bus rental keeps your team on schedule without asking anyone to navigate the I-15/I-10 split during morning commute hours, when both freeway approaches into the interchange routinely back up past the Kaiser Permanente Fontana Medical Center and the Sierra Avenue exits. For larger corporate runs to the Ontario Convention Center — about 12 miles west on the 10 — a charter bus handles the group in one vehicle and drops at the Convention Center's bus access points on Convention Center Way.
For executive transfers, a Sprinter van keeps things quiet and direct. Either way, transportation stops being the stressful variable in your event timeline. Call 840-677-1090 to discuss shuttle contracts and multi-day packages.

Fontana Private Event Transportation Services
Fontana hosts some of the Inland Empire's most-attended recurring events — and a private charter bus rental is often the detail that keeps a large group from fracturing across five different arrival times. The NASCAR Cup Series races at Auto Club Speedway (9300 Cherry Ave, Fontana, CA 92335) draw upwards of 50,000 fans to Cherry Avenue, which becomes a full closure corridor on race weekends — parking sells in advance, and the lots around the Speedway fill hours before green flag. A private charter bus for your group means a staged arrival when the lots still have space, and a pre-arranged departure plan that skips the post-race exit crawl on Cherry Avenue.
For large family reunions, church retreats, or company picnics using Sycamore Flats or the Miller Park facilities, a charter bus consolidates the group and eliminates the carpooling math entirely. Call 840-677-1090 to match your headcount to the right vehicle.

Fontana Homecoming & Prom Party Bus Rentals
Fontana Unified School District serves multiple high schools across the city — Summit High School, Jurupa Hills, Fontana High, A.B. Miller, and Kaiser — and prom season across those campuses falls within a tight April–May window. That compression means buses in the Fontana and Inland Empire market book up fast, and last-minute requests in late April often hit nothing but premium pricing or waitlists. For prom: book by January or expect limited availability and higher rates.
A Fontana prom party bus rental typically runs a pre-prom route from a home or photo location to the venue, then a post-prom circuit to keep the group together and safe. An 18- or 25-passenger party bus is the sweet spot for most Fontana prom groups — enough room for the whole group without overpaying for an empty 50-seater. The quote form takes about a minute.
Use it early.

Fontana School Event & Field Trip Transportation
Field trips from Fontana Unified campuses run a familiar circuit — the San Bernardino County Museum in Redlands (2024 Orange Tree Ln), the Inland Empire's CalFire education programs, natural history day trips to the San Bernardino National Forest, and longer hauls to the Los Angeles Zoo (5333 Zoo Dr, Los Angeles, CA 90027) or California Science Center (700 Exposition Park Dr, Los Angeles, CA 90037). A Fontana school event charter bus rental handles all of it in one vehicle — no carpooling liability, overhead bins for backpacks and lunchboxes, and onboard TVs to occupy the group on a 90-minute run to LA. For student-athletes traveling to tournaments in the greater SoCal area, a charter bus with undercarriage bay storage handles gear without anyone riding with equipment on their laps.
ADA-accessible vehicles are available through the network — mention it when you request your quote. Call 840-677-1090 to get a quote built around your school calendar.

Fontana Sporting Event Transportation
Auto Club Speedway (9300 Cherry Ave, Fontana, CA 92335) is the city's marquee sports destination — a 2-mile superspeedway that hosts NASCAR Cup Series, Xfinity Series, and NHRA events throughout the year, drawing enormous crowds to an area of Fontana where surface street access is limited and the Cherry Avenue approach becomes the only realistic exit corridor after a race. Parking is pre-sold and the lots adjacent to the track fill well before the main event. A Fontana race day charter bus stages your group's arrival before the lots reach capacity and builds in a departure window that gets you off Cherry Avenue before the worst of the post-race backup sets in.
For Fontana fans making the trip west for a SoFi Stadium Rams or Chargers game or east to a Honda Center Ducks game, a charter bus handles the 45–60 mile freeway run comfortably. Call 840-677-1090 to get race day logistics sorted early.

Fontana Wedding Transportation & Shuttle Service
Fontana and the surrounding Inland Empire have no shortage of wedding venues — the Sycamore Inn in Rancho Cucamonga (8318 Foothill Blvd), the Pomona Valley Mining Company, and a range of estate and vineyard venues within 30 miles of the city. The challenge is always the same: hotel blocks, ceremony venues, and reception halls are rarely in the same place, and asking guests to drive between all three — especially on a June Saturday when the I-15 and I-10 both carry heavy traffic — is how itineraries fall apart. A Fontana wedding shuttle bus runs a clean loop between the hotel block and the venue, so guests arrive together and no one misses the ceremony start because they missed the freeway exit.
For the wedding party itself, a 14-passenger Sprinter limo handles the bridal party run between the getting-ready suite and the ceremony in style. Call 840-677-1090 to build the full wedding day transportation timeline.

Fontana Winery Tour & Pub Crawl Transportation
Temecula Wine Country is roughly 60 miles south of Fontana via the I-15 — close enough for a day trip, far enough that someone has to either drive or spend $120 per person on rideshares each way. A Fontana winery tour bus rental solves the math cleanly: one vehicle handles the round trip for the whole group at a rate that almost always beats per-person rideshare costs once the headcount reaches 15 or more. Temecula's wine road — Wilson Creek, Callaway, South Coast Winery, Ponte — runs along Rancho California Road, where most tasting rooms offer bus-sized parking.
The bus stages nearby while your group works through the tasting circuit, then handles the return when everyone's ready. For groups staying closer to home, the Cucamonga Valley Wine Country — actually right in the Rancho Cucamonga and Fontana footprint along Foothill Boulevard — has a cluster of boutique tasting rooms reachable by minibus without any freeway time at all. Call 840-677-1090 to put the route together.

Frequently Asked Questions About Fontana Party Bus Rentals
How does this website work?
Ranchocucamongopartybus.com helps you compare bus rental options; it is not the bus company and does not rent, own, or operate vehicles. When you submit the quote form, your trip details go through a booking company so you can review pricing and available vehicles for your date. You compare the options and book through the process shown with your quote.
What is Ranchocucamongopartybus.com?
Ranchocucamongopartybus.com is a quote-comparison website for group ground transportation — not a bus company and not a motor carrier. It connects you to pricing and vehicle options from transportation providers already serving Fontana, San Bernardino County, and the broader Inland Empire, so you can compare buses and rates in one place instead of calling companies one at a time. No account required.

How does Ranchocucamongopartybus.com work?
Enter your trip details — date, group size, pickup location, destination — into the quote form. You'll see available vehicles and planning rates from providers serving your area. Compare pictures, vehicle sizes, and pricing side by side.
If you'd rather talk it through, call 840-677-1090 any day of the year and a team member can walk you through the options and build a custom package for your trip.
How much does a party bus cost in Fontana?
Fontana party bus rental prices typically range from around $200 to $450 per hour depending on the vehicle size and the day of the week — a smaller 15-passenger bus on a weekday runs closer to the low end, while a 50-passenger party bus on a Saturday night will land higher. Per-day rates range from roughly $1,400 to $4,050 depending on vehicle type. These are planning ranges — your actual rate depends on your specific date, hours needed, and vehicle availability.
Fill out the quote form or call 840-677-1090 for a quote in about a minute.
How early should I book for a NASCAR race at Auto Club Speedway?
As early as possible — and that's not a throwaway answer. Auto Club Speedway's NASCAR Cup Series weekends in February bring 50,000-plus fans to a part of Fontana where Cherry Avenue is the primary surface street and parking is pre-sold. Transportation providers in the Inland Empire get booked for those race weekends months in advance.
If your race day is in February, book by November at the latest. Waiting until January typically means premium rates or no availability on the vehicle size you need.
Can a charter bus drop off at Glen Helen Amphitheater?
Yes. Glen Helen Amphitheater (2575 Glen Helen Pkwy, San Bernardino, CA 92407) sits off the 215 Freeway at the Glen Helen Regional Park exit, and the venue handles large commercial vehicle drop-off as part of its standard event operations. The main access road is Glen Helen Parkway — buses stage in the outer parking areas while the group attends the event.
For sold-out festival weekends like Escape Halloween or Knotfest, confirm vehicle staging logistics with the venue in advance, as lot assignments vary by event. The official venue site has updated event-specific access information.
What's the best bus size for a group of 20 people heading to a Temecula winery day?
A 20-passenger party bus or a minibus in the 20–25 seat range is the practical fit for a group that size — enough room for everyone without paying for empty seats. For a Temecula wine country run from Fontana, most groups book a full-day rate rather than an hourly rate, since the round trip plus four or five tasting room stops typically runs 7–9 hours. A 20-passenger party bus per-day rate runs roughly $1,950–$2,800 as a planning range.
Call 840-677-1090 to match your headcount and itinerary to the right vehicle and rate.
Does this site serve areas outside Fontana?
Yes. Transportation providers in the network serve the full Inland Empire and beyond — Ontario, Rancho Cucamonga, Rialto, Pomona, Upland, San Bernardino, Riverside, and farther west toward Los Angeles County. If your group is starting in Fontana and heading to SoFi Stadium, LAX, Disneyland, or Coachella, the site can find coverage for that run.
Use the quote form with your actual pickup and destination and you'll see what's available for your specific route.
How far in advance should I book?
For most events — birthday runs, winery days, wedding shuttles, airport transfers — two to four weeks of lead time is workable, though earlier always means better selection and better rates. For Auto Club Speedway NASCAR weekends, prom season (April–May), and major Glen Helen festival dates, book at least three to four months out. Those dates compete across multiple school districts and event calendars simultaneously and availability thins fast.
Call 840-677-1090 as soon as your date is confirmed — locking in early is the single most reliable way to control the cost.
Popular Fontana Party Bus Destinations
Fontana sits at the crossroads of the I-10 and I-15 freeways, which means the region's biggest venues are all within 15 to 60 miles. Here's what group planners need to know before the bus rolls for the most popular Fontana destinations.

Auto Club Speedway
Auto Club Speedway (9300 Cherry Ave, Fontana, CA 92335) is a 2-mile D-shaped superspeedway and the Inland Empire's largest spectator sports venue — capacity exceeds 50,000. It hosts NASCAR Cup Series and Xfinity Series events, typically anchored around February's Toyota Owners 400 weekend, plus NHRA Nationals in the spring. Cherry Avenue becomes the sole realistic approach and exit corridor on race days, with the city closing surrounding surface streets to manage traffic flow.
Venue parking is sold in advance in tiered lots; the closest lots to the frontstretch sell out months ahead of major events. A charter bus arriving early stages in the outer lot areas and exits before the post-race backup fully sets in — the difference between 20 minutes to the freeway and 90. Check the official Auto Club Speedway site for current event-specific parking and access maps before your race day.
Phone: (909) 429-5000.

Glen Helen Amphitheater
Glen Helen Amphitheater (2575 Glen Helen Pkwy, San Bernardino, CA 92407) is one of Southern California's largest outdoor concert venues — a 65,000-capacity amphitheater set inside Glen Helen Regional Park, about 10 miles northeast of central Fontana via the 215 Freeway. It hosts major touring acts and large-scale festivals including Knotfest, Escape Halloween, and several EDM festivals that routinely sell 40,000-plus tickets. The Devore Road exit from the 215 handles nearly all venue traffic, and post-show backups on that corridor on major nights can stretch 45 minutes or longer.
Rideshare availability in that area is limited after shows — rideshare cars don't stage at the venue. A charter bus to Glen Helen means a pre-arranged departure plan and no competing for surge-priced rideshares in the dark. Review the official venue site for current event access and parking details.

Victoria Gardens
Victoria Gardens (12505 N Mainstreet, Rancho Cucamonga, CA 91739) is an open-air lifestyle and shopping center in Rancho Cucamonga, about 8 miles north of central Fontana via Haven Avenue or the I-15. Beyond retail, it anchors a dense dining and entertainment district — Lazy Dog, BJ's, Yardhouse, and a cluster of bars and restaurants along Mainstreet. It's a frequent destination for Fontana bachelorette groups, birthday dinners, and post-event nights out.
Surface parking throughout the complex is free and plentiful on weekday evenings, but Friday and Saturday nights — particularly during the holiday shopping season November through January — fill the Mainstreet-facing lots within the first hour of prime dining time. A party bus to Victoria Gardens stages on the outer surface lots while your group moves between restaurants and venues. Address: 12505 N Mainstreet, Rancho Cucamonga, CA 91739.
Phone: (909) 463-2830.

Toyota Arena
Toyota Arena (4000 E Ontario Center Pkwy, Ontario, CA 91764) is a 11,000-seat indoor arena about 12 miles west of central Fontana via the I-10, sitting inside the Ontario Center commercial district. It hosts Ontario Reign AHL hockey, concerts, Disney on Ice, UFC events, and a rotating calendar of family shows. Ontario Center Parkway feeds vehicle traffic directly into the arena's parking structure — $15–$20 on most event nights — but the surface lots around Ontario Mills across the freeway fill with overspill traffic on sold-out events, which complicates the post-show exit.
A bus to Toyota Arena drops your group at the arena entrance on Ontario Center Pkwy and picks up at the same point after the event — no parking structure, no exit queue. Check current event schedules and parking details at the official Toyota Arena site. Phone: (909) 244-1000.

San Manuel Casino
San Manuel Casino (777 San Manuel Blvd, Highland, CA 92346) is one of the largest casinos in California — a sprawling gaming and entertainment complex that underwent a major expansion in recent years and now includes the Yaamava' Resort hotel tower, multiple concert venues including the Yaamava' Theater, and a full resort casino floor with thousands of slots and table games. It's approximately 15 miles northeast of Fontana via the I-10 East and the 210 Freeway toward Highland. The casino runs a free shuttle from a handful of Inland Empire park-and-ride locations, but a private bus for your group means a direct pickup from your starting point and a departure time that runs on your schedule — not the shuttle's.
This is a popular Fontana birthday, bachelor, and private event destination year-round. Check the official Yaamava' Resort & Casino site for current event listings and resort access details.

LoanMart Field
LoanMart Field (8408 Rochester Ave, Rancho Cucamonga, CA 91730) is a 6,500-seat minor league baseball stadium in Rancho Cucamonga — home of the Rancho Cucamonga Quakes, the Los Angeles Dodgers' Single-A affiliate. It's about 9 miles north of central Fontana via Haven Avenue or I-15. The stadium sits inside a commercial corridor off the 210 Freeway, with surface parking available on Rochester Avenue and inside adjacent commercial lots.
Game nights draw family groups, company outings, and corporate team-building events throughout the April–September season — and a charter bus to LoanMart Field keeps an office group or family reunion together from pickup to first pitch. Fireworks nights and promotional giveaway games draw the largest crowds and the tightest post-game parking exits. Check the official Quakes site for the current season schedule and parking details.
